Hi! Thanks for stopping by my site. I love being a creative; author, artist, potter, photographer, singer-songwriter, speaker, sculptor, crafter and more. But even more… I love using my gifts and talents to encourage and uplift others to pursue their dreams and never give up!

I was inspired as a young child in art and music, and wrote my first song at the age of eleven, singing on stage with just a tamborine. Since then, I’ve written over 150 songs and counting with an EP on iTunes and more in the works. In fact, it was a song that inspired me to dive deeper into writing. I remember sharing a folk song I had composed, with a coworker who commented, “This would make an amazing novel! Have you ever thought about writing a book?” Wow! Writing a book seemed daunting but somehow inspiring at the same time! 4 months later, I had written the first 20k words of my first project!
I was hooked and knew this was part of my calling, my Creative Call.

I’m currently working on several book projects, including a series of faith-based Children’s preschool books, Adventures with Molly. The first in the series, Great Big Hug! is available on Amazon and other retailers, with more books in the works. Coming in 2025 will be one more from the preschool series, and the beginning of a new series for older, middle grade readers, Adventures with Molly, The Fear Monster.” I’ve had so much fun partnering with God while writing this latest book, my largest work to date. I hope my followers have as much fun reading The Fear Monster as I did writing it!

Molly is bit more grown up and turning 10. She has just moved to a new town and feels out of place. She is bullied and doesn’t know how to fit in. A series of events pushes her buttons and she does something unthinkable. She goes to sleep that night feeling ashamed and alone, but when she wakes up she is in a strange land with odd creatures and craziest of all… her childhood stuffed friends have come to life! She awakens to meet a grizzly bear, rabbit and pig who all seem to “know” her! The adventure is filled with moments of doubt and faith, betrayal and forgiveness, hopelessness and redemption. I laughed. I cried. I was surprised and intrigued as the character developed during their journey! The BETA readers have said they “love this story and can’t wait to share it with their friends!” It’s a story for all ages and hits home in so many area that we all face. Be looking for The Fear Monster in Spring/Summer of 2025!
